Our school day begins with pupils arriving between 8.30 and 8.40, via the car queue or on foot walking up the footpath. All children must be in school by 8.40. Our school week is 32.5 hours.

In the mornings we begin with registration and then phonics, spelling and grammar until 930. Between 930 and 1020 most classes will have an English lesson.

Our morning break is 10.20-10.40. After this most classes will have a Maths lesson as well as 'Book Club' which is our daily guided reading session.

Early Years and KS1 children have lunch beginning at 12 noon, and KS2 children at 12.10, followed by outdoor playtime until 1pm.

Afternoon lessons begin at 1.05pm after registration, and may be sport, art, Spanish, music, RE, history, geography, science, DT, computing or PSHE. Sometimes lessons are blocked together and children might spend all afternoon on one subject.

Our school day finishes at 3.10pm with children leaving via car queue or walking. Older children with permission from their parents, may walk down the footpath and meet their parents at the end of the lane.

Before school Breakfast Club starts at 7.45am, and after-school Hub Club is available until 5pm (4.15pm on Fridays).
